Axend is a company that is devoted to providing complete, high quality solutions to the electronics assembly industry in SE Asia. Axend is a veteran company that was established in 2001 and boasts the following:

• A small local (Singapore) company that has personnel in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
• Over 20 years of experience.
• Experience in wire bonding, die bonding, UV curing, thermal curing, solder paste, solder paste laser reflow, underfill dispensing, etc.
• Laboratory in Singapore to allow for demonstrations and testing on actual equipment, materials and consumables.
• Experience with and on vendor list of most companies located in SE Asia.
